FUCKING TOURISTS! Is a group show involving 9 pairs of Greek-born and Israeli-born young to mid-career artists (18 participants in total), initiated as a collaborative curatorial between Konstantinos Dagritzikos and Yael Messer. It’s a project in two parts/places/periods, Athens and Tel Aviv. The show as it is will be hosted throughout ReMap’s duration in Athens, and then will travel in Tel Aviv to be hosted in a venue there. FUCKING TOURISTS! deals with ideas of being a stranger in every city but the one you grew up, travelling as an observer and never as a local. Participants have been split up in duets by the two curators and will present works in pairs inside each room of the Hotel.
